Service Objectives and Outcomes
Services include joining your team to actively assist and add to your project leadership capacity and experience. We bring many years of successful experience in resetting and recovering struggling projects within state agencies and programs.
Our team will:
- For a period of time, we join your existing project team to facilitate a project reset and recovery effort
- Identify and update the project’s structure and processes that are contributing to challenges
- Establish project management techniques in traditional and agile methodologies that align with stage gate oversight requirements
- Leverage best practices from the Project Management Institute and other industry recognized organizations
